Andrew Clarke, global president of Mars' snacking business, said Cetin's experience in leading digital transformation and driving company growth will help Mars move faster and make better decisions as it continues to bring together the newly acquired Kellanova brands.

Cetin's background includes nearly 30 years in the industry, working with various global fast-moving consumer goods companies across the U.S., U.K. and Europe, including Diageo, Coca-Cola Enterprises and Whirlpool.

He joins Mars from FrieslandCampina, where he sat on the executive team and served as global business and digital solutions officer.

Across these roles, he's helped drive multimillion-dollar business transformations, SAP implementations and advanced data analytics. This includes managing large global teams and complex tech portfolios, and modernizing supply chain, sales and commercial platforms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency, according to LinkedIn.

"Mars has a rich history of innovation and transformation to accelerate business growth," said Cetin in a statement. "Together, we will advance the use of digital technologies, data, analytics and AI capabilities to drive sustainable growth and create lasting value for our consumers, customers and associates."
