Digitally-native consumer goods brand The Honest Company has created a new role, executive vice president of operations and R&D. Steve Winchell will be joining the company and taking on the new position.

Winchell will be overseeing both the R&D and operations teams, reporting directly to the company’s CEO, Nick Blahos.

Prior to joining The Honest Company, Winchell was the executive vice president of product at The Parent Company.
