Conagra Brands Names Lucy Brady President of Grocery and Snacks

Effective June 15, Lucy Brady will take on the role of president of grocery and snacks at Conagra Brands, Inc.

Brady will be responsible for leading the company’s modernization efforts and growing the brand’s grocery and snack portfolio, which includes brands such as Slim Jim, Duncan Hines, and Angie's, and BOOMCHICKAPO.

Previously, Brady served as McDonald’s chief digital customer engagement officer and SVP of corporate strategy, business development and innovation. She spent six years with the company, responsible for several growth drivers, focusing on the consumer experience, delivery, loyalty, digital ordering and pickup, and personalized communications. 

Prior to joining McDonald’s, Brady spent 19 years with Boston Consulting Group, including nine years as senior partner and managing director where she provided consulting services for consumer companies focused on growth, innovation, and transformation.
