Cookware company Misen is streamlining its order fulfillment and optimizing supply chain processes.

The company is looking to elevate its supply chain logistics and the customer experience by shipping products out of third-party facilities on the East Coast and West Coast to support nationwide operations.

Misen is working with Cart.com to automate supply chain capabilities, reduce costs, and elevate inventory visibility to obtain insights in real time. Using warehouse management tech and automated systems, the company will be able to achieve improved productivity across its omnichannel efforts.

The digital infrastructure and fulfillment facilities will also help unify the company’s operations across myriad channels.

Michael Mahoney, CEO of Misen, said it has already seen results 30 days into the implementation, including more speed, flexibility, and transparency to meet customers wherever they are.

Misen launched in 2015 on Kickstarter with a single knife and has expanded to offer a full portfolio of cookware products, including pots, pans, and cooking accessories. The company allows consumers to test its products for 60 days, allowing free returns and refunds if unsatisfied.
